Yoga works in many different ways. But, did you know yoga works in 5 different levels of the body? Go deeper into your meditative practice and explorethe 5 Koshas that create a sense of profound wholeness familiar to seasoned yogis. In this workshop series, you will explore the different Koshas and their roles in meditation. We will start off with an introduction to the ancient yogic philosophy of the Koshas, followed by hands on guided meditation activities, breathing techniques to awaken your Prana, and a full in depth lesson on each Kosha to help Yogis, seasoned and new to deepen their spiritual practice.
