About the Event
Open to all levels and abilities, this 75 minute class will consist of pranayama, asanas, meditation and relaxation.
Come enjoy a relaxing evening of yoga with me. We will quiet the mind and create a harmonious flow of energy. Our practice will use yin yoga asanas, pranayama, and meditation as we strive to cleanse, balance, and open the chakras (energy centers) of the body. Take time for yourself, find some lightness of spirit and peace of mind. You are worth it!
